Our Story

It all began with a lifelong passion of baking. Growing up in Louisville, Kentucky I always enjoyed being in the kitchen baking with my family. My passion for baking would blossom after graduating from university. While at the U.S. Army Logistics Basic Officer Leader’s Course at Fort Lee Virginia, I truly started to refine my passion of baking. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic my love of baking inspired me to bake more and seeing the happiness on other’s faces after eating my bakes just made feel inspired to do more with it. Here at Zach’s Bakery, I am driven to provide the highest quality bakes at reasonable prices. I hope my bakes will not just fill your sweet tooth but also give you the happiness it gives me to bake them. Each bake is done with quality and my recipes are all inspired by family recipes stretching back multiple generations. Enjoy!
